Shipping rates

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping within the US takes 5–11 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Shipping confirmation

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. If tracking details are available for your shipment, they are included in that email.

Where we ship

We deliver to addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the US at this time.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Delays

Carrier delays can occur during peak seasons or severe weather. If your order has not arrived within the times above, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
