Orders & shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a $6.99 flat rate on US orders under $79. Orders of $79 or more ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping within the US takes 5–11 business days. We email you when your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our returns page for details.
How do I start a return?
Send us a message through the contact form with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refunded.
Products & sizing
What size claw clip do I need?
As a general guide: small clips (about 3 in / 7.5 cm or less) suit fine hair and half-up styles; medium clips (about 3 to 4 in / 7.5 to 10 cm) suit shoulder-length hair; large clips (about 4 in / 10 cm and up) suit full updos and thick or long hair. Measurements are listed in the product title or description.
What are your clips made of?
Materials vary by style and include acetate, acrylic, metal alloy, pearl-effect beads and rhinestones. Each product page lists the material where it is known.
How do I care for my hair accessories?
Wipe clips with a soft, dry cloth, keep them away from high heat and store them flat in a pouch or box so finishes and teeth stay in shape. Avoid over-stretching clip springs by opening them only as far as needed.
