Return window

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with everything that came with them.

Change-of-mind returns

If you changed your mind about an item, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return

  1. Send us a message through the contact form with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Our return address is shared after you contact us, so please do not send items back before you hear from us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is not refunded.
